At Broadstones School, pupils are incentivised through a rewards program entitled ‘RATE me’.
- Respect
- Achievement
- Target
- Engagement
Individual scores are given from 0-5 for Respect, Achievement, Target and Engagement giving them a total of 20 per lesson. At the end of the term their average is calculated, and a reward is offered based on their average:
- Bronze: 5-10
- Silver: 11-15
- Gold: 16-20
Rewards are offered for each subject area.
Pupils are involved in their own RATE scores for each lesson and are rewarded along with their full termly report and attendance.
